Privacy Policy

Controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): Imatronix UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Germany. You can reach us for privacy matters at the email address on the Contact page. This site is published in English, German, and Spanish; the controller and processing described here apply regardless of language.

We host this website and related processing on infrastructure from Contabo, using European locations as configured for our services. Server logs may contain technical data such as IP addresses for security and delivery.

We use optional Microsoft Clarity for analytics only if you consent in the cookie preference centre. Optional country detection and research-funnel convenience features are described there and only run when you allow the “Preferences” category. Strictly necessary storage (for example consent state and theme) is explained in the same preference centre.

When you submit demo, lead, or audit forms, the fields you choose to provide are processed to respond to your request and may be forwarded to Zoho CRM and to our automation webhook (n8n) as described next to the forms and in the cookie notice. Legal bases can include consent (where we ask for it), steps prior to a contract at your request, or legitimate interests where applicable; retention depends on the purpose and any agreement you enter with us.

Recipients and subprocessors for this site may include Contabo, Microsoft (Clarity, if enabled), Zoho, n8n, and the geolocation provider used by our geo endpoint, each under their own terms and, where we engage them as processors, appropriate agreements. Further international transfers, if any, are safeguarded as required by GDPR.

Depending on your situation you may have rights under the GDPR (for example access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability) and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement.

Imatronix UG has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO). Under Article 37 GDPR, a DPO is mandatory only in specific circumstances (for example certain kinds of large-scale monitoring or large-scale processing of special categories of personal data). We handle privacy and data subject requests ourselves as the controller—please use the email address on the Contact page.
